Almost every agency explains what it offers. Few explain how they work and what they commit to. This page exists so you can judge us before the first meeting.
The same path whether the project is marketing or artificial intelligence. What changes is the content of each phase, not the order.
The phase the industry most often skips is the first one. Without a diagnosis you sell packages: three posts a week, a campaign, an SEO bundle. With a diagnosis you sell what the company needs, which is sometimes less than it came to buy.
Each one comes from a specific service and is kept there. They're written down so you can hold us to them.
| The rule | Where it applies |
|---|---|
| Measured against sales, not rankings or impressions | SEO |
| A flat fee, never a percentage of your ad spend | Paid media |
| We don't write to a company without studying it first | Email & outreach |
| An audience that fits over sheer follower count | Social media |
| Your brand isn't improvised: we work from your style guide | Social media |
| If your company isn't ready for AI, we tell you | Artificial intelligence |
| We teach what we build | Training |
| Quarters with review, not locked annual plans | Digital strategy |
| No lock-in: 30 days' notice and what's built stays with you | Every service |
Knowing what a vendor doesn't do saves everyone time. This list rules out work that others take on.
With a free 25-minute conversation to understand the situation, and then a diagnosis. We analyze what you already have running, your competitors, and the real demand in your market, measured with data, and out of that comes a prioritized roadmap. Only once that roadmap is agreed do we start executing.
It depends on the discipline, and it's best not to mix them. Paid advertising can bring the first conversions in days, though stable profitability takes 4 to 8 weeks of data. Organic search is a medium-term investment: first measurable results between 3 and 6 months, consolidation between 6 and 12. Artificial-intelligence systems show up sooner, because they're built on a specific process and measured the same month.
No. The agreements carry no lock-in: if you decide to stop, you give 30 days' notice and everything built stays with you, documented. We'd rather the relationship hold up on results than on a contract that forces you to continue.
Three things: access to the data you already have (analytics, ad accounts, a CRM if there is one), one point of contact who can decide without convening a committee every time, and honesty about what worked and what didn't in the past. With that, the diagnosis comes out right; without it, you're working blind.
We say so and we fix it. Every action has a measurement defined from the start, so a channel that isn't performing gets caught in weeks, not after a year. From there, it's either adjusted with a new hypothesis or pulled, and the budget moves to what is working.
A first 25-minute conversation, free. We both come out of it knowing whether it makes sense to go on.
