GEO agency: we get your company into ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google's AI Overviews

We're the GEO agency that measures one thing: how often AI cites your company when someone asks about what you sell. Citable content, technical signals the models read, and mentions in the sources they pull from — measured every month against your sales.

What our GEO service includes

GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) is the practice of getting AI assistants to cite your site when they answer. It builds on SEO and adds what the models require and Google never did: extractable answers, sourced data, and a brand that shows up where they read. We cover it in depth in our article on what GEO is and in the GEO vs SEO comparison.

01 GEO audit Seven citability indicators per page, the state of your site with AI crawlers, and a baseline measurement: ten questions from your industry run against four engines, showing who they cite today and who they don't.
02 Citable content Pages that answer in the first 300 characters, with tables, lists, and sourced figures. Every piece passes a citability check before it goes live.
03 Technical signals Structured data (Article, FAQPage, Organization), an llms.txt file, and verified server-level access for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, and PerplexityBot. Many sites block them without knowing it.
04 Authority with the models We identify the sources AI already cites in your field and work to get your brand into them: unlinked mentions that turn into links, and relationships with the authors AI reads.
05 Presence in AI Overviews We check which searches in your market already show Google's AI answer and adapt the pages that can make it in.
06 Citation measurement Monthly citation frequency, traffic arriving from ChatGPT and Perplexity in GA4, and AI-bot crawling in your logs. All cross-referenced with the leads in your CRM.
02 · Why Aurora

We do it on our own site first

A GEO agency is proven with a question to AI, not with a pitch deck. Our site has a published llms.txt file, lets every AI crawler through, and publishes content built to be cited every month, with the results measured in the open. If a method doesn't work on our own house, we don't propose it to anyone.

There's a second reason: we build artificial-intelligence systems for companies. We know how a model decides which sources to use because we work with those models every day, in marketing and beyond.

In natural pet food, our SEO and GEO work took a brand from 563 to 883 first-page keywords and to the No. 1 spot on unbranded generics. See the case →

03 · Measurement

How you'll know AI is citing you

In GEO there's no "position 3." The metric is citation frequency: of all the answers AI gives to your industry's questions, in how many you appear. We calculate it this way every month, and we show you the table.

MetricWhat it measuresHow we get it
Citation frequencyCitations ÷ (questions × engines). Ten fixed questions from your industry across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and AI OverviewsMonthly protocol, same questions each month
Presence in AI OverviewsWhich searches in your market Google shows an AI answer for, and whether your site is among the sourcesReading Google Spain's SERP
Referral traffic from AISessions and leads arriving from chatgpt.com, perplexity.ai, and other assistantsGA4
AI-bot crawlingWhich crawlers come in, how often, and which pages they readServer logs

04 · Process

Audit, plan, execution, and measurement. The same method as in SEO.

Which pages get rewritten, which get created, and which technical signals are missing, ordered by expected impact. Itemized quote in 48 hours.
03
Execution
Content, structured data, llms.txt, bot access, and mentions work, run by the same consultant who signed the plan. Every piece passes the citability check before it goes live.
04
Monthly measurement
The citation table, AI traffic, and CRM leads, in a report that compares against the previous month. Whatever doesn't move citation gets changed.

05 · Transparency

What it costs and how long it takes, before the first meeting

We publish our own market's data. These are the real numbers for the search that probably brought you here:

260
monthly searches for "agencia geo" on Google Spain
€21.54
the cost of one paid click for that search on Google Ads
590
monthly searches for "geo seo": demand to understand this already doubles the demand to hire it

GEO doesn't yet have a reliable public track record on timelines, and we're wary of anyone who gives one. What we do: measure from month one with the same ten questions, and show you the curve. In SEO, the first measurable results land between months 3 and 6; GEO builds on that same work.

Itemized quote within 48 hours of the initial audit. No lock-in: if you decide to stop, you give 30 days' notice and everything built (content, structured data, measurements) stays with you.

Frequently asked questions about GEO and GEO agencies

What does a GEO agency do?

A GEO agency gets AI assistants (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Google's AI Overviews) to cite a company's website when they answer questions in its field. It works three levers: content with extractable answers and sourced data, technical signals the models read (structured data, llms.txt, access for their crawlers), and brand presence in the sources those models rely on. And it measures the result with citation frequency, not rankings.

Is GEO the same as SEO?

No. SEO goes after positions in Google's list of results; GEO goes after a model naming you inside its answer. They share the technical foundation and authority, and differ in the format of the content and in the metric. We lay it out in a table in GEO vs SEO: how they differ.

How much does GEO cost?

It depends on three things: how many pages need to be rewritten or created, the technical state of your site with AI bots, and how much authority you need to build in your field. After the initial audit you get an itemized quote within 48 hours, with no lock-in. For reference: a paid click for "agencia geo" costs €21.54 on Google Ads.

How long until AI cites me?

There's no reliable published timeline, and we won't invent one. We measure from month one with ten fixed questions across four engines and compare month over month. Pages that already answer well can get cited sooner than those built from scratch.

How do I know if AI already cites my company?

Ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude the same five or ten questions a customer of yours would ask, and note whether it names you and which source it cites to back it up. Then check GA4 for traffic from chatgpt.com or perplexity.ai, and your server logs for GPTBot, ClaudeBot, or PerplexityBot. The initial GEO audit does exactly this, with a protocol.

Do I have to let AI bots crawl my site?

If you want AI to cite you, yes: a model can't cite what it hasn't read. Many servers and CDNs block GPTBot or ClaudeBot by default, without it showing up in robots.txt. We check this at the server level during the audit and tell you what's allowed and what isn't, with judgment: crawling for answers, yes; use for training, that's your call.

Do you only work with Barcelona companies?

No. Barcelona is our base, and we work with companies across Spain and with international clients. For healthcare there's a dedicated division, Aurora Health.
