Aurora Health is the sector division of Aurora Global Group. We work with pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and clinics, medical practices, and healthtech startups, combining digital marketing with artificial intelligence systems applied to care operations.
A pharmaceutical company and a medical practice share neither the audience, nor the timelines, nor the rules. That's why the work is set up differently in each case.
Almost the whole market sells acquisition. Experience says the problem is usually further down the line: the inquiry comes in over WhatsApp on a Saturday and gets answered on Monday, the appointment isn't confirmed and no one shows up, a slot opens mid-afternoon and goes unfilled.
Aurora deploys artificial intelligence systems in companies, so we cover that stretch ourselves instead of leaving it to your front-desk team.
| Moment | What usually happens | What we put in place |
|---|---|---|
| The inquiry arrives | After hours, no response until the next day | Immediate response that informs and captures the details |
| The appointment is booked | Confirmation calls that eat up the front desk | Automatic confirmation and reminders |
| The day arrives | The patient doesn't show and the slot is lost | Advance reminder and a waitlist to fill the slot |
| After the visit | No follow-up or review request | Follow-up and a review request at the right moment |
We don't give legal advice. We know the ground and work within it; the final legal sign-off is your advisor's.
When a system needs to connect with your management software, we first define what data leaves, where it goes, and who has access.
Four profiles: pharmaceutical companies, hospitals and clinics of any specialty, individual or group medical practices, and healthtech startups that have closed funding. Each has a different problem: the pharma company communicates in a regulated environment, the hospital needs to organize services and acquisition, the practice wants to fill its schedule, and the startup has to build the whole system in a few months.
The sector has its own restrictions that shape every piece: prescription drugs are not advertised to the general public, certain healthcare products and services require authorizations or registration, and advertising platforms also apply their own health policies. We work within that framework and run materials through the client's compliance area when one exists. We don't give legal advice: the final legal validation rests with each organization's advisor.
Health data is a special category under the GDPR, so the principle is to leave it untouched unless it's essential. Campaigns and systems are designed on aggregated or business-contact data, access is documented, and any necessary processing is agreed in writing with the organization before starting.
That's where we usually find the most room. Most healthcare organizations invest in acquisition and lose patients afterward: inquiries that arrive over WhatsApp after hours and get answered two days late, appointments no one confirms, slots that go unfilled. We put in place systems that respond in the moment, confirm and remind patients of appointments, and flag when a slot opens up.
With positioning and measurement, before advertising. A closed round brings pressure to show traction fast, and the usual mistake is switching on campaigns without being clear who you're talking to or how the result will be counted. The order we propose: message and audience, minimum assets (site, content, analytics), one measured acquisition channel, and only then scaling.
Yes. It's different work from a clinic's: communication is aimed at healthcare professionals or the general public depending on the product, every piece goes through compliance review, and approval timelines are part of the calendar from the start. We bring the digital side (content, channels, measurement, and automation), working with the company's processes, not around them.
